I just hit 315 for 10 reps squat but the last 2 weeks I’ve been getting some discomfort in the knees. I’m thinking of deloading or just stop doing leg press cuz I feel like that’s the problem cuz when I do it it makes my knees burn

The amount of insanely ignorant things I'm reading in the comment section really make me worried about lifters. A Mesocycle is an accumulation phase and a deload phase, and thats just the normal way to train. Who is out there saying you shouldn't deload? it's insane.
I feel like none of these people watch renaissance periodization or even understand basic strength or hypertrophy

Man your low bar is a lot of glutes and lower back dominant ? Don't sit back(old cue), break at the knees and hips simultaneously. Otherwise you strong asf

yeah bro just deload and pray that something will be different next time... not working for natty lifters only roiders can benefit from this method
