Great video! I just have 2 questions: 1) Do you Pre-plan exactly when you are going to deload or is there an element of doing it when it feels right to do so? 2) You talk about reducing intensity by going slightly lighter but what about the number of 'reps in reserve' (i.e. effort level).

what do you do after you've done the deload week, go back to the same reps and sets or drop the weight then work my way back up?
