This is fake. But this should've been cannon. Zangetsu has bankai one way or the other, no matter what face he decided to use. So yes, Ichigo should have had a white bankai in this fight.

It's a really cool thought since Hollow Ichigo is actually Zangetsu and this is how Ichigos real Bankai would look xD Too bad it's still Quincy power and wouldn't still be his actual REAL REAL bankai. A great video nonetheless.

Would've made sense now considering the hollow is his actual Zanpakuto, Old man Zangetsu was just suppressing the the hollow zangetsu the entire time. Seeing Ichigo in Zangetsu's bankai clothing and the sword would've explained a bit. Although in the original, Ichigo beating old man zangetsu with just his shikai against old man's bankai is pretty impressive.

Juha Bach wore black in every appearance he's made, and he was the first Quincy. He only had the powers of Zangetsu because he consumed the real Zangetsu (The Hollow) and borrowed his power, making himself the center of Ichigo's powers, holding back his true potential as a Shinigami.

Somthin is not right in this episode. I know ichigo didnt wear the white bankai clothing that his hollow weared so u can call this I guess, fake. But thats not my point. Wen zangetsu used his bankai, he didnt became tensa zangetsu, u know, his teenage self. They messed this part of the anime, im pretty sure.

have you even read the manga. It explains all that you think is wrong. Ichigo has quincy powers from his mom, who was a quincy, his dads a soul reaper, he has a hollow inside him, and thats the real zangetsu, "old man" zangetsu is a manifestation of his quincy powers, and since all of those derive from Juha bach, he has juha bach in his head too, technically.
