Please Help.. I have a question about Cap Cut exporting. When I export a video. After export has finished and showing the open folder dialog, there appears to be some additional encoding information happening in the box below the preview, which says " Generating" Whats going on here, What is it " Generating" ? I notice that the box for either TikTok or YouTube is highlighted. perhaps it is also converting for these formats after the main encoding to MP4 has finished. I do not want any of these options for TikTok or YouTube. Is there a way to stop this from happening.?

The only way to solve this problem is to delete the latest version of capcut and download the old version

The very question is how one can purchase or subscribe to that Pro version? My PC version of CapCut doesn’t have any fx with pro tab or other pro features.

The whole reason to download capcut is for captions! I guess the trial period is over, because I did what you just did, click off "pro" feature - captions- and defeats the purpose. I might as well write the text manually on my videos to save time or find alternative or pay for pro.🙄

I have been trying to remove my pro effects for over an hour..

And im using auto reframe on over 100 clips and i don't even know how to remove it from the clips

With the latest Capcut, you ADD a video to start a new project, and immediately even without doing any editing try exporting and you'll find it impossible to do so without buying Pro! Looks like CC insists you pay to use it.

Hello, I also bump into a problem using Capcut desktop. When I want to use one of the AI Characters and I hit the "Add" button I get this message "Update Capcut to the latest version to use AI Characters" there is a cancel button and a Update button in the same pop-up.
When I hit the Update button, nothing happens because I already use the latest version (3.8.0)
Any idea what's wrong here?

The thing is I have Pro already but it's on my phone. I'm using the same account on PC and it throws the Join Pro issue. Please don't tell me I'm supposed to have TWO DIFFERENT PROS PER DEVICE TYPE! That would be beyond ridiculous.
