I've watched over seven different (recently uploaded) videos offering solutions to this problem and it is still not working for me. I've rebooted the computer many times over, I've updated it, I've read and followed the directions of several websites that state "Here's how to fix this issue" and nothing. I am not sure if this is specific to me, but whenever I click the play button, it makes the white "Starting Roblox" screen pop up as usual, and then vanishes and nothing happens. This issue has been going on for over a week now, and I have no idea what to do anymore at this point except wait for the Roblox devs to get their shit together and fix the website. (If the website itself even is the problem in the first place.) I greatly appreciate that you uploaded this video though, because even if it doesn't work for me, it seems to be working for others and that's good to hear.

EDIT: Use microsoft store to run Roblox. May take some getting used to but I'd say it's worth trying.

Roblox keeps updating to worse. After upgrading today, i couldn't play anymore, and it was working just fine before the update. Seriously roblox -_-

I also have it, it happened to me some weeks ago but then one day I tried launching a game and it updated roblox, making it totally back to normal, but now it's back and it's been like this for atleast 2 weeks for me.
im 90% sure that this is a roblox issue, because of how it got fixed after the client update in my computer, just sad to see how roblox is degenerating. I just hope they fix this issue soon.

but i'm still lucky to have some other games on my computer so i don't suffer much, but i still have some favorite games on roblox that i cannot play because of this glitch.

all these constant bugs and crashes are making me even less interested in playing roblox, it was so fun back in the day getting back from school and immediately launching up roblox to stay the entire day playing with friends and having fun, but now here we are, a millionnaire company having simple issues and taking weeks to fix it.

This is one of many videos I have watched on this but no matter how many times I have restarted my laptop, and uninstalled Roblox, it never seems to work. The problem is that when I click play on the browser, it starts loading but then disappears and does nothing. I can see myself ingame from the server page and can hear the audio but can never seem to pull it up. I can see that many others are stuck like this and have found 1 solution although it will cause a lot of lag. It is to open the Roblox desktop app and play from there, but seeing that most people who have the same problem probably have outdated devices or Windows, it will probably not affect much due to much more lag and unstable gameplay. I followed all of these steps, and only the actual app worked on my computer. The Roblox website still doesn't work for me, even though I have followed all of these steps. When I join the app on my computer, it doesn't have my voice chat on there, even though I have it. This has been a bug for more than a month now.

the microsoft store version worked but a problem is that it thinks that i am on mobile but i am on pc i realized that when i went to the settings and shiftlock dosent work and it says thumb stick instead of keyboard in the movement and i just couldnt play
