I thought I was the only person that feels like this video is hopeless. Basically says retype password or use other Wi-Fi’s to fix your wifi. Makes no sense whatsoever. Your WIFIS automatically connect to your device so you just can’t retype your password unless ask to but you can’t even put your password in because that notification pops out. So these ideas don’t work. I agree with everyone on here.

If you’re on an old device with a newer router/modem, you may have hardware that’s incompatible with the latest WiFi technology.

Try updating your phone to the latest version through your computer or wireless network.
