My pit is the most loving, sweetest dog I've ever known. She is a favorite at the local dog park. I also know several other pits and they too are super sweet and playful. It's all about their upbringing, training and early socialization.

My Pitbull Jayla is the friendliest dog ever. I walked her for miles without a leash with no issues. While she did look at other dogs all I did was say you better not then she would ignore them. Jayla would also wait at the corner cause she knew she wasn't allowed to cross the street by herself. People were always saying how beautiful she is and petting her.

My pit bull doesn’t even bat an eye when other dogs are barking at him. He is friendly and the way the dogs were trained and bred is what gives them their bad reputation.

I rescued a 1 year old male staffordshire wandering in the snow with no collar or microchip. The tip of his tail ears and feet were bloody. He became our beloved family pet of 14 years and never once showed any sign of aggressive behavior towards any member of our household or our guests, including active loud children. He was an extremely affectionate sweet boy. As a young dog he suffered from separation anxiety but got used to his crate and felt safe there. He was dominant to other dogs and would not submit to any aggressive dogs so sadly we stopped taking him to dog parks. He was protective of my wife in dark public places. Once lunging at a man who surprised us in a parking garage. He was a great dog. We still miss him dearly.

The dog at 0:33 is a perfect example of an American Pit Bull Terrier. The one in the thumbnail is not. That is an XL American Bully, aka a walking bicep 😂.

My pit is never aggressive w/other dogs, does not bark at or back at other dogs or generally other animals. Very little prey drive. He is a rescue and said to have been a stray. Extremely loving and a total couch potato. Loves just going a few blocks than drags back home. He runs w/other dogs at the dog park but never tried to dominate any one dog. I had other dog breeds before I had pits, such as the German Shepard which were much harder to handle and train. Mine is very treat motivated and would do anything for a snack. Easy to teach and so loyal and sweet.

Amazing breed. Not for an owner who doesn’t have the time for daily exercise. But if you have the time, and don’t have any other dogs, they are a great breed

I’m fostering a pit bull terrier and he is very patient. He was playing with a rott puppy and it kept biting his cheek and neck and pulling on him and my dog didn’t even snap or growl. When it really started to bother him he would just whine. Also he’s not dog aggressive at all. He does do his little scream when he sees dog but only when I won’t let him go play with it.

Yeah you absolutely pissed me off 🤬🤬🤬 I have two pitbull terriers they are the best dog I've ever had I used to be a German shepherd and husky and I've had chihuahuas my Chihuahuas had more mean and bite in them they're my two pit bulls did your history on them is a tad bit wrong yes they were used in Bull baiting bear baiting and fighting but that's not what they were created for they were meant to be created as nanny dogs a dog that is willing to take down anything for you and with the right socialization right training right owner you can't ask for a better dog

Beautiful dogs in this video. These are the pitbulls I remember as a kid in the late 80’s & 90’s. Slender, ripped and very athletic looking. Now most of the ones I see are wider, stockier and bigger heads.

I have red nose American pit bull terriers. 4 they never fight, unless if you consider being licked to death a sport. they're good girls 3 good boy 1 but my boy is a fatty they all talk back too. Worse than a talkative Husky. But I've has boxers, Huskies, Rhodesian ridge backs, german sheps, rottweilers, Australian shepherds, blue healers, seems like a lot but we lived on a ranch . But had room for some stray babies. Am 40 now and the youngest one to pass was 10 years oldest one was 21 years they all hurt my heart .
