If he is given the death penalty, yet the CEO cancels thousands of lives with a pen, then I have lost all faith in humaninty

I love how the government thinks trying to make a martyr out of him will somehow incite capitulation from the general public.

Keep it up, you are only making everyone angrier and more sympathetic to Luigi himself.

Since they deleted my comment, I’ll post it again. The terrorism charge is reaching. And he does not deserve death penalty for killing ONE man. It will make a martyr out of him. They’re setting this up perfectly for them aren’t they??? FREE LUIGI.

Amazing how much law enforcement resources are being poured into this one individual. I can only hope that all victims of crime receive the same level of resources commitment to their cases as well.

That ceo un-alived more men women and children than this guy and he got paid for it. He signed and oversaw the denial of thousands of rejected treatments for people with serious illness. Most of which were paying insurees.

When it's a CEO they come all guns blazing and the FED jumps in. They have to prove a point that they have our backs when we're wealthy and wearing a nice suit.

The suggestion that this murder is a worse crime than the killing of anyone else is just too absurd to tolerate.

Luigi is not an evil person. He just wants to rid common people from cruel and inhumane healthcare insurance practices. People are not just a commodity and membership numbers which is what UHC believes.

While Luigi was on the run the police clearly stated that he was not deemed a risk to anyone else. Now this.

Rule by fear. They want to make an example of him.

Didn’t New York ban the death penalty in 2004?

In the United States, the penalty is directly proportional - not to the number of deaths caused - but to the number of people you force to think critically about a topic.

They're gonna make this man a matyr. Record profits and we still can't get basic medical care without going into debt. The man has set a precedent for the resentment Americans feel toward CEO's.

Good luck finding a jury that will convict him.
