It took months to get this brought to the court in formalized outcome. This is end of June ; what took so long to to get this matter in fri T if the judge? April 3 today is June 28 - what is going on with sealed docs that the judge knows about & it has to get transcribed formally - delay & not being disclosed & wife hangs up call and no one reports this matter

The bridges guy, Richard Allen, had the girls cross the river with him, but why? No doubt he was bringing the girls over to the guy who owned the land nearby (he's dead now) for some fun at his place. It's likely one of the girls became unimaginable and he shot her, then things got crazy. That's the only possible reason/scenario.
