This is fantastic information Gede! you've literally hit all the points I was searching high and low for. Such an underrated exercise. Especially for sprinters like myself and pretty much everyone who's an office worker. If only I'd known about this exercise back when I was 15 suffering lower back pain. Going to add this to my accessory movements as well as the Jefferson curls to increase lumbar spinal mobility. Thanks Gede

Not everyone. If you have diastasis recti, you should not be doing these.
