Amazing how similar the process is in the US and the UK. Investors can easily transfer their skills across the pond. Not sure if you have ever done a vlog on "sourcing of funds" for your projects and how you look for investors, and how you set up your own LLC/LLP for each project to protect yourself.

Greta video. The planning timeframe can be ridiculous. Friends of ours wanted to build a bungalow next door to another new build bungalow; they opted for all the same outwards materials and same footprint. The previous one took 8 weeks to approve, our friends nearly 12 months with no real reasons given by the council.
