The #1 Question most injured workers ask is, when will workers' comp offer me a settlement? It's a very hard question to answer because every case is different. However we can say that almost 99.9% of workers' comp cases do get to a settlement.

There are a few terms mentioned in this video such as Permanent and Stationary Status or Maximum Medical Improvement (P&S or MMI for short) which we discuss. Bilal Kassem, President and Co-founder of Pacific Workers', The Lawyers for Injured Workers explains when a settlement might be mentioned or even presented.

The employer denied liability. Then I got a good qme report and I was deposed. Now what? Do I have to wait for trial to confirm liability or is settlement still a possibility?
