Just a quick one guys. If you go into accessibility you can find the option for headphone accessibility. This allows you to customise the transparency mode. You can even change settings for it on the fly in the control centre

It's so funny that 99, 99% of people who cannot live without lossless audio in airpods have no clue what that really means and that they cannot really even distinguish that with their limited human hearing on such small earphones. This just proves how marketing is always the king.

The issue I have with 1st generation AP Pro is the squeaking & clicking that developed after two years of use (I have two cases). It wasn’t caused by the tips as I removed them & still had the same issue. Had to turn off noise canceling mode to get rid of the problem but transparency mode is the biggest selling point of the Pro. I see on YouTube that this has also been a problem for others.

Got them this morning.

Pretty much everything you read or watch is true.

Cons: Not a huge difference in bass, you can notice it but not groundbreaking - The rumble isn't evident in every sort of bass-y song you listen to, it isn't native to the earphones.

Older songs without that remaster with Dolby Audio on Apple Music seems to crackle a little bit but it isn't every song and that's what I put it down to - still get good sound but it's not as crisper.

I would of liked to of seen them match with Beats, I've got 3 year old Beats 3's worth $75 at the time and the bass is much much deeper, the Pro line has punchier bass but I'd choose deeper bass if not having both in one set of headphones.

Pro's: - The Mid range is amazing, when listening to an acoustic kind of song, it literally breaks up every instrument within crystal clear separation it's sort of like musical swords clashing together.

I think everything sort of balances better then the first gen Pro's also, it just seems to be louder and crisper also when listening to songs with the right codec support.

Volume control is a nice little add on for convenience.

If you're going from first gen Pro's to second gen Pro's I think it's worth the upgrade and even more so obviously if you have standard AirPods or inferior earphones.

i'm sure lossless audio playback will come soon via software update, like spatial audio did ... otherwise why put this new chip and change all inside these bad boys... i think they need just more time .

I have the AirPods 2nd Gen. for over 3 years now and believe me or not - the outside speaker of my right AirPod broke the EXACT night where the AirPods Pro 2 came out.. I took this as a sign and ordered the new ones now and tomorrow I'll get them. I have never even tried ANC in my life before so this is gonna be an unbelievable update for me :)

Great video thank you so much D & D 🙏 I’m going to buy the AirPods Pro 2nd gen next week after viewing your video & information. Unfortunately they cost a whopping $400 here in Australia & with our cost of living so crazily high atm this is an expensive purchase especially for an older person like me. BUT I’m very excited as these will be my first pair of wireless earbuds! Gotta try & keep up technology 😊🥳

airpod pro doesnt show enable charged case sound option... is mine defective? Ive seen on reddit it happen to some people, I feel like mine is a fake at this point...
