Dads Who Feel Guilty For Hitting The Gym...

Показать описание
Dad guilt... we all know when you go to the gym or try to put more time into taking care of yourself...
Sometimes you feel guilty
In your mind you know that you being the healthiest and most disciplined, energetic, strong role model version of yourself is better for your family
But emotionally...
There's that dad guilt
Family first
Yet you put yourself last
Only to give a 30% version of yourself to your family
The key is to choose a strategic time for the gym that doesn't conflict with family priorities
If your wife needs you most to help with the kids from 5 PM to 9 PM that's probably the worst time for you to go to the gym
If the only quality time you get with your kids is after 5 PM that's also another reason why evening time is not the most ideal time for most of us to hit the gym
This is part of why with our clients I've noticed that early morning around fajr is one of the most popular consistent time for most dads
Best part is the rest of your day is smooth and easy once you get your health dialed in
Instead of giving them the 30% version of you
You give them 100%
Working out for an hour is not even 5% of your day
Yet it helps you show up so much better
So you tell me
Is 100% or 30% or 95% of 100% better?
Invest 5% of your time into fitness and you'll show up at least 3x better to your family
I know it isn't easy and I know it takes Discipline
But being too tired to give them the high energy & strong male role model they deserve hurts even more than the pain of putting in the work and discipline
So suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret
And if you need help, DM my main account @themodernmuslimman with the word 'coaching' to get more info about our fat loss coaching program
We've helped hundreds of other Muslim dads to lose weight and keep it off for life without having to cut out their favorite foods, and now it's your turn In Shaa Allah
Discipline weighs ounces regret weighs tons
