I am really struggling to keep the lower hands and wrists even close to the wall, while fingertips and elbows are ok. Likely this is caused by limited ROM or humerus internal rotation....:-/

Are elbows supposed to be touching the wall during the whole movement? Right about my ear levels, my elbows naturally start flaring out. Is it a flexibility issue?
