⚡️Moving with speed and power from side to side is critical in sports.
We want to make sure all our weight room strength💪 and power translates to the field! For this to happen we start off with our basic lateral movement series.

💥Few KEYS💥:
1.)Feet in power position underneath our hips.
( Do not let you feet touch, EVER!)
2. SHIN ANGLES, SHIN ANGLES, SHIN ANGLES!
We need to make fast aggressive cuts to make sure we take the least amount of steps possible when moving from point A to B
3. Make sure to break this down for your athletes. Let them know why this translates over to the sport their playing. They’ll visualize this situation and understand the why behind your training!

Implement these 5 drills in your warm up or before your next SAQ!
