We will compare how we determine if we should reject or accept the null hypothesis based on looking at the mean or the test statistics. We will compare the two to see the significance of one vs the other. We will use the example of the average size of a water polo player is 100kg with a standard deviation of 5kg. We are going to start with a sample sizes of n=1 and n=2, and a sample mean=105. (Part 1)
