Whoever is making these videos, God bless them. What I couldn't learn in a classroom, I could learn from a stranger on the internet. Blessed.

Literally learned this in my 8 am today and I was so confused. A literal blessing that you posted this a few hours later!!! You should do the next section too <3

1:17 let's say we're dealing with a 95% confidence level, you can use the standard z table to get the critical value
to decide whether you would accept or reject the null hypothesis you need to get another z value, a calculated z value, and compare it to critical value
1:58 if Zc is to the right of z, then that means you should reject the null hypothesis

Guys, the values he is using are just arbitrary numbers to explain the work. Don’t get stuck on where it came from. It’s just an example.

Hi Sir, your videos are an absolute saving grace! Thank you. I wanted to ask if there will ever be an instance whereby we are dealing with proportions and n<30 hence would have to use a t-test? If so what is the formula for t calculated?

P - cap = sample proportion
P = population proportion

The normal distribution curve is one of the most important things to know.

Is it true that if n>30 and the Population standard deviation is UNKOWN, in this case use the T-Distribution?

So what the heck is p^ and how is it different than p?

DanielDuhon

But what does q stand for? And is it capital P or small p ?

Ok but my questions don’t have the confidence level, they’re like =\not= at a=#
