your pc is probaly crashing because of bloatware running in the background, and that leads to a bunch of scheduled tasks INCLUDING important windows services and fortnite and that puts a lot of stress on your pc, causing it to crash, debloating your pc would also improve fn performance

The thing that probably made your custom build keep crashing and blue screening is the cpu. 13th gen Intel processors are having instability issues.

i think the blue screen screens are caused by the instability of your cpu: 13th and 14th gen i9 and i7

The reason why your main computer is bluescreening, shutting down, and might be giving issues about video memory if you are having them despite having a 4090 is because Intel 13th-14th generation CPUs are frying themselves to death. There is a giant thing about Intel right now if you look it up.

Take your pc to a geek squad or local tech company, if you say the state you live in I can help further, and have then take it apart and fix it. Probs a cpu issue
