I have a Dell Optiplex 7010 (2012) and my friend has a gaming pc his parents bought him from Amazon, they have the exact same model number on each board. That’s because those Amazon sellers purchase lots of those old Dell PCs from schools, libraries and offices and add a GPU and ton of useless RGB lighting so therefore a generic Amazon gaming PC is no different to a 12 year old Dell PC.

This is why you do your research on what you're buying. Always and always build your computer with parts that are new and make sure your case is decent. You don't need an expensive computer, you could opt for a mid-range PC with upgradeability to a high-end system.
