As a pilot, you have to be verbally cleared through the bravo, just because he was talking to her doesn’t mean he could enter the bravo airspace! He’ll be getting a phone call!

A simple “apologies, please direct me out of Bravo” would have smoothed things over immediately

This in actual ATC recording, its quite famous in the pilot/atc community. This guy got into some major trouble for this, if I remember correctly his license was revoked as it should have been.

All he had to say was "my mistake I thought I heard I was cleared through the Bravo, exiting Bravo now", once he exited he could then asking for bravo clearance and it likely would have been given to him, or he could have notified them of his intention to go "negative bravo" which is where you fly under the bravo "shelf".

That's not the plane that is communicating with ATC. It was a small private plane that needed to stay out of commercial air traffic.

That pilot sounded like he was a fifteen year old saying to his parents, ‘You’re not the boss of me!’😂. Whoever said ‘you’re an a..h..e’ is a legend.

To clarify, the aircraft was a small prop plane, not an airliner

That was in the LAX Bravo about three years ago. The private rated pilot got his certificate revoked.
