Tip: if you don’t want to add too much geometry from beveling, use Shift + E on your edges instead. This will tell the subdivision modifier where you want those sharper edges.

Here's a better way. Take the default cube and make it taller... now you have a Robertson screwdriver instead of that Phillips crap lol.

The thing with technical things is that it's easier to model them in technical CAD software like NX, SolidWorx or Inventor
