RECIPE, yield: makes about 2 cups
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup sugar, granulated
1 cup mustard seed
-Boil, then simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
-Cool down to room temperature and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
