What electric shaver is best for you? Rotary or foil? Generic or Name brand?

There are many awesome electric shavers, in existence and some of better than others and also they do not cut the skin like safety razors can.

Just a little suggestion: Get a "pre-shave lotion" (sometimes called "pre-electric lotion"), apply it before each shave, and you'll notice the difference—how smooth, clean, close, and irritation/redness-free the shave is every time.
if I shave every day I prefer the BRAUN 3 330 dry foil shaver I have, as it doesn't give me irritation at all, the shave is super close and very smooth, but if I shave twice per week, then I prefer the Philips 3000 wet/dry rotary shaver as it tackles the whiskers effortless and the shave is very clean and close

Panasonic is a well-known electronics company in the U.S. The es3831 also can use size AA batteries. so, if you want a 'rechargeable shaver, get some rechargeable batteries and a size AA battery charger.

I have tried several generic razors, and in my opinion, they are junk. They don't give the quality shave you get from a Braun. Rotery shavers don't shave anywhere near as close as a foil. For the ultimate in a close shave, try an Andis barber shaver.

What's faster to shave with? I've only had the rotary style, and use it on my upper lip as it would take too long to do my whole face, for the rest I just use a trimmer. Would a foil be significantly faster? I'd say I don't have a ton of facial hair, avg-heavy thickness. Thoughts?

Great video. I'm in the market for an electric razor for when I go back to work after coming off medical leave for a knee replacement. My PT lady suggested that I get an electric shaver to reduce the incidence of nicks and cuts on my face that could cause infection. I thought that was far fetched but she has the experience and sees alot of patients. I'm gonna go with a rotary because my facial hair is coarse. My husband and I will share the razor so self cleaning is important to me. What would be your suggestion? I also like your suggestion of the generic Wosvas shaver for travel.

I've been looking for an honest opinion about electric shavers for some time, as I have a problem with folliculitis. I'm Italian and Portuguese descent, so I have a very thick and full beard, having to shave more than once a day and at the same time I have sensitive skin.

I bought an enchen blackstone 3d. Have you ever used such a device?

Did you decide to use electric shavers because of a problem like mine?
