I've never had this issue before, all of a sudden I open the game and see THIS. If ANYONE knows how to FIX this, please write in the comments, i find this rather annoying. THX :D

I have a very similar problem. When you walk into a shadowy area, not only does it darken in the shadowed area, but the whole game world. Even places still out in the sunlight go dark. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

Everything was fine... then i downloaded Dawnguard and that new patch :( I've set all shadows to "0"... Shadows disapeard but that moving are still there... What else can i do?

LOL you said it dude im getting a similar problem but the shadows move about 5 times faster than here... and about 15 times farther...

Anyone ever get a fix to this? I've uninstalled, reinstalled, updated drivers for graphics card from the console, updated drivers for graphics card via the website, tweaked ALL processes of my computer, changed settings/numbers in ini files - NONE of it worked. I still get the trouble shown AND MORE. It's a game-breaker for me.
I won't be buying Dawnguard - why would I when I can't even get Skyrim to work properly?

I got the same problem, I just got skyrim for the pc (I had it for my 360 since it came out) and when I get to the town for character creation the shadows jump around all over, the thalmor are pink and when a character moves for a second or two there imprint is left behind. Is there any way to fix this? I was told get my computers RAM maxed out (so it be 4 GB ram instead of 2) would that help?

I've got the same problem, too. It's for this reason that I haven't played Skyrim for so long. I'm searching for fixes, but the only one I've found was to get rid of a mod... which I never downloaded anyway. Please let us know if you find a way to fix this.
