Skyrim - moving shadows issue

Odd shadow behavior in Skyrim Legendary Edition. The shadows move around if you change your POV or move. Video artifacts are because I haven't figured out how to setup OBS correctly, they are not in the game.

So I figured out the problem and I will post here in case anyone else has an issue like this in the future. Changing bDeferredShadows=0 from =1 in the skyrimprefs.ini (In the documents\my games\skyrim\skyrimprefs.ini) file did the trick

if something like this happen, revert back your setting by using bethini or launcher,
do not turn off bdefferedshadow like other discussion, it doesnt work
changing shadow distance basically just add its distance, for me, its still there, so my final step is basically just reset the graphic setting and then turn on ultra setting back, its gone


my assumption: it was cause by scripting failure for shadow to work with sun, it happened to me when everytime i uninstalled Amazing Tweak Follower, a mod that use a lot of scripting, so that is my guess

what wrong with your screen, artifact issue??
