I've not followed the case a lot but what I've heard if were on the jury l could not find her guilty without a doubt

Didn't a witness say they saw the interior light on in her SUV? My guess is that they had an argument, and he got out of the vehicle, and she stormed off. But visibility is limited thru a rear tinted glass when it's dark outside, and the interior light is on. I believe she hit him by mistake and tried to cover it up because she was possibly too impaired to drive.
