Im a regular already and I have the worst route in the station .. I had tough one today. It was raining all day and it’s Monday so mail was heavy today, 13 trays of mail just my route. And the. I had a pivot too. Really needed this video. Thanks

Congrats to you! This is my second week as a CCA and I must say that my OJI was terrible, nasty and set me up for failure. Even though she was nasty, I’m not going to let her deter me from succeeding, becoming regular and making the money I need to make. This advice was refreshing because it’s all new to me. I’m now training one day tomorrow with a much more patient carrier.

I opted for a late start date…3 weeks from officially being hired. (A week from now!) Your videos have helped me a LOT. One thing that im nervous about is the fact that i have court in the middle of February..im nervous they wont let me take that day off…who do i talk to?!? I HAVE to be there.

Started CCA Year and a Half ago, started in March at the end of the snow. 10 Grand in credit card debt. Made a lot of mistakes in the beginning, I would pray for days when I would be brought in to do Express. Routes 8 and 28 made me a mailman, learned to case everyday, eventually got a bid on Route 28. Not the hardest route but not the easiest either. When I started there was 4 CCA's. Now we have 7. At one point we had 12, but a few quit because the job is too hard, not enough hours, they were even telling them not to show up on Amazon Sundays. At the time when I started, I was very angry and had to keep it in check because other CCA's were treated like gold while CCA's like me were dragged through the muck. Now I'm glad I went through the muck because it made me a better mailman, and now I don't have to Kowtow to every management request. If you are a CCA now, show management you want to be there and work, and don't bitch, it will make you a better mailman and YOU WILL GET HOURS. I'm now only 1 grand in debt and I have my own route.

After 2 weeks of cca I am finishing earlier managers are seeing improvements, and my review may have not been the best but they said they will keep me … so hoping to have a better 60 day review
