Such a FAKE reaction from the woman initially sitting on the bed. "What did you do to 'IT'?" the healthcare worker literally just said, the baby was found in the trash.
Where's the body language panel when you need them?

Why would they sue the city of Moscow? It seems like they did a decent job.

Sue the city? There's murders in alot of cities, how would that be their fault? They have a zero case on that! So did they expect police to be everywhere, thats so absurd!! No amount of money will change the outcome and in good conscious would they feel right to Sue for money and spend that money knowing how it was obtained? Wow sorry but i would consider that blood money. I could understand if the police saw B.K in the area looking in the window of the house but let him go. There was nothing the police could have done. Unbelievable They might as well sue the surviving roommate for not dialing 911, that would make sense.

They should not be allowed to sue the city of Moscow. The city did not murder their children The city was not responsible for their children.

suing for what? Not being able to talk publicly about the murders? Do you want an air tight murder conviction or the ability to do tv interviews? How is Moscow responsible for the murders? They did an excellent investigation all while keeping their mouths shut and being constantly ridiculed by the public and certain victim's family members.

Treviso’s lawyer is complete joke. The doctors and nurses failed? Shame on you, sir.

These families suing? Why? That case should be theown out. If not, then that means anyone who is murder can sue a city for wrongful death.

After delivering 4 children, I don't get how these teens deliver babies without any noise or assistance. Having babies hurt - even your 4th baby hurts like crazy!!!

Idaho 4 familes should take this opportunity to raise awareness for the risk of sharing your life online. You never know who is lurking around on your profile and following closer than you think.

That 19-yr. old is not a child. She is a woman. You cannot convince me that she didn't know she was pregnant and isn't guilty of murdering her infant. Hold her accountable!

The young woman KNEW she was pregnant… there is no way that she didn’t!

As a nurse, I’m 99% sure that was a doctor that told her what they found in the trash

Really not sure why they would sue the city. Seems like they did a pretty good thorough investigation. They caught the guy and now prosecuting him. not sure what else they want

Ridiculous. The two families need to concentrate on the trial. Notice I said two families. It’s not the city’s fault someone killed their children, yes it’s terrible. They might as well sue the surviving roommates for not being killed themselves or perhaps not stopping the killer. Absurd.

So magically the infant jumped into the garbage can and hid itself?!?
She should have called for help from staff

The mom just sat there and said "i told you about this" so the girl did know, and her being "shocked" is not an excuse for her to kill her baby.

I understand the parents are devastated but i dont understand how the city is at fault. This guy wasn't a convict who was let out early and comitted this crime, or a criminal that the prosecution decided not to pursue justice, he wasn't on any radar before he murdered these kids so how did the city fail them? I just dont get that. Now had he been like jesse metcalf or darrel (whatever) the Wakashaw (sorry if i misspelled that) murderer, then ya blame the city for letting these men out even though they should have never been discharged back into society. But that wasn't the case here. I'm just perplexed as to how this is a failure of the city. Can anyone explain this to me, I'm truly interested to know.

There's more to story. No scrawny crime nerd is flawlessly murdering 4 adults over a three story building without a scratch on himself and nobody in the house waking up during 4 people getting murdered. In 40 years i've NEVER not noticed if someone was using the bathroom in my house, not once. How do 4 people get MURDERED in your house. And not even together, if it happened swiftly at once, 4 SEPARATE murders. I think that house was involved something bigger, every single person in this case.
