If the speed of light is constant for every inertial frame, shouldn't you (in the rocket) see the two lights simultaneously too? The light should travel the two equal distances from the two light sources to you, in the same amount of time. On the other hand the outside observer should see (or measure for that matter) the front light reach you first and the back light later, since the rocket will move forward according to his inertial frame. Where have I gone wrong?
