I like the Swedish experience, I thnk it was Sweden. Man filling car with Hydrogen fuel. Something goes WRONG. THE CAR, The MAN AND the WHOLE FILLING STATION DISAPPEARED SUDDENLY. Ony a few pipes sticking out of the ground were left. Good one HYDROGEN. SCORE: HYDROGEN 1- HUMANS NIL.

Germany built a Hydrogen refuelling network, it didn't solve the problem of take up. The ultimate problem is the expense of the fuel, this is a problem of physics and safety. Hydrogen does not give long range. Hydrogen does not offer any benefit for energy storage.

Hydrogen as a legitimate source of fuel hasn't begun yet. It will need to start with heavy industry and only then once the infrastructure is built out will it become a partial solution to private vehicles. The vehement negativity to hydrogen, like this video, is looking like a deliberate fight to protect investment in EVs.

For cars the biggest problem regarding H2 is the energy loss. From well to wheel you lose 70% energy. For BEV’s that is only 30%. Also, take a look at the hydrogen ladder.
