all the stats, authors, etc are made up btw lolol but i would not be surprised if people achieved these numbers, never underestimate the dedication and brainrot of a fic reader...

I wish there was an ao3 wrapped. I am so embarrassed about learning English from fanfiction, this would actually make me feel better about it

I want to clarify: I didn't entirely learn English from fanfiction. My teachers in elementary school and fifth grade weren't great. Reading in English made it so much easier to understand it. Everytime I come across a word I don't know I tip on translate. I also had 100% on my English exam and have B2 fluency. Of course, it's not entirely because of fanfiction, but also watching stuff in English, but reading was definitely the first step
