I started watching this channel while caring for my dad in hospice. He was dying of cancer. Without knowing it things just became way too much for me & I started having these episodes I would later find out we’re horrible panick attacks - worse than anything I had known before. A friend recommended this channel & it always really helps calm me down or get some rest. Now my mother has dementia & it’s even harder than caring for my dad was, both mentally & physically, but I know where to turn when I need some relief. Thank you so much for these videos. ❤
