She has psoriasis. It's an autoimmune desease. Scratch it or take it off it never recommended because it will inflamme the scalp. So everytime you take off some flake, you are make it worst for the next time.she should use dandruff shampoo, apple cide vinegar and see a dermatologist to fix it.😊

Если это кожное заболевания нужно намазать какой-то мазью голову, посидеть хотя бы, в платке час, и легко расчёской всё вычесть но не по сухой голове, , когда всё вычешете помыть с шампунем, волосы высохнут, могут ещё быть жирными ещё раз помыть или на другой день, конечно может это для видео, но может кому и пригодиться мой совет😮
