I watch this video every time I make paella - always works out like a charm. I have learnt not to add all the water at once - I do it gradually, as the rice absorbs it and grows in volume.

Great recipe, except the written ingredients at the end say to use cayenne pepper, this is an incorrect translation of pimenton. They mean to say paprika. Cayenne pepper is very spicy. Other than that, great recipe!
