How to Swim: Kick and Breathe

In swimming, learning how to breathe easily takes time. Always keep in mind you should breathe in, or out. Never hold your breath. This will stress the lungs and increase the heart rate. Causing fatigue.

During this drill you’re using a kickboard and kicking freestyle kick [flutterkick?]. The Kick & Breathe drill allows you to focus on just your breathing. The kick board serves as a float for your upper body. Use fins if your kick isn’t strong enough yet.

Nice one but when I move my head out of water to breath, my legs start sinking .. please help 😢

Its quite confusing cos these main swimming practise video makers are complaining how breathing should be done. Keeping breath and just before turning out breath. After breath little goin out breath all time before next breath. There are good ideas/thruths for all different styles, boyancy, normal breathing cycle, lungs fatigue etc. It would be nice gallup of olympic swimmer how they do it.
