Place your baby on their front on a soft flat mat or surface. Make sure their elbows are tucked under to give support for their head. If their arms move out, you can place them back again. Engage with your baby to promote head lifting. After a short period of time, your baby may start to whimper at which point you can turn them back over. This is good for strengthening your baby's neck muscles.
