I also find tummy time helps my little one to burp, and he seems less frustrated with his lack of mobility when we do it.

Thanks for these tips!! I was actually just looking for new ways to do tummy time with David as he does not love just being on the floor! I will try the exercise ball one! Also loving your new sound quality with the Rode mic!!! :D :D That is what I use too!

Love all your content! Followed along and exercised my entire pregnancy and now almost 3 months postpartum. This is fantastic! My almost 11 week old is just starting to enjoy some of the tummy time. Gonna give that exercise ball one a try tomorrow!

Using my exercise ball is such a great idea! We will try that today. One thing that my baby also loves is her water mat. It was a gift from her grandparents and she will play much longer on it and it encourages her to move her hands. Her older siblings love it too. 😂
