I know of 5 women who died from breast cancer. The only thing they had in common was they all said they had mammograms every six months. Go figure. I am 74 and have never had one. If I developed a lump, discharge or pain, maybe I would go, but I have heard doctors say that beyond age 70 if you go looking for problems, they’ll find something. I plan to live out my days as medically free as possible.

I agree wholeheartedly. I only endured two torture sessions and two false positives, then decided no more, no colonoscopies and no statins, no antacids etc. my life has been wonderful ever since. I eat my veggies and exercise, and at 79 never felt better.

Avoiding Mammograms is saving my life! 54 years old and I decided back in 2000 never to have one! The idea of smashing my breasts and shooting radiation into them didn’t make any sense….. I’ve learned since then how much the medical ‘science ‘is influenced by pharmaceutical companies. So glad I trusted myself!

💗😊💕Years ago was my first and only mammogram. I too would rather live without knowing. I also stopped getting Pap smears. I’m not afraid to die. Thank you for making this video. Nice to know, I’m not alone.💕😊💗

My mom passed away at 98 1/2. She only went to the doctor when she was really hurting. She also said if you do go a doctor, it’s there job to find something wrong with you. I’m 70 now and I refuse the mammograms,

My take on this is I not worth crap after 75, I am 75, and I have lived a good life, and I have cut back on the Doctor's visits enough! And enough with the torture😮

I had a friend that was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Another friend told her to get a second opinion down in Texas. When she went down there, they did their own tests and looked at the tests by the doctor that diagnosed her and said there was no cancer and couldn’t see how the other doctor said there was based on what was sent. Cancer is a billion dollar industry. It makes me wonder how many people are diagnosed with cancer that don’t have it. I’m sure there are statistics somewhere that say how much money is made by the pharmaceutical companies on each cancer patient.

I am 69 and have had one mammogram when I was in my 20s. Then I decided I did not want my breasts irradiated, thank you. That is what I said each time I was called for a mammogram. They have given up on me now. There are several good reasons not to buy into this industry, including false positives, unnecessary treatment, and exposure to radiation. Do what feels right for you 😊

I had the standard baseline mammogram when I turned 40. Mid procedure I knew, right then and there, that it would be my last mammogram. It was also the beginning of my journey of rejecting almost completely the medical industrial complex. Covid was the final straw. I am absolutely convinced that western medicine only sees us as cash cows and lab rats. I'm going to die of whatever kills me; in the meantime, I'm not subjecting myself to tests and treatments and pharmaceuticals that would not only diminish my quality of life but also shorten its span.

I had one every year just about from my 40s. Had several biopsies and a surgery. I blindly followed the narrative. But the scamdemic finally woke me up. I question everything now. I’ll never have a mammogram or pre emptive testing again. It’s all about making money - keeping us on the medical gravy train. I cleaned out my pantry and fridge getting rid of processed and fake foods, and now focus on Fresh foods, exercise and healthy lifestyle. I’ve feel great! 😊

I once watched a breast cancer documentary on self checks and did so much self check that night that the next day, my breast and entire right arm were sore to the point where i couldn't move my arm. About mid day, i suddenly caugmy self and wondered "what the nonsense is with you, are you trying hard to have cancer?" And just like that, the pains subsided and i could again move my arm.

My Mom at 82+ was dish used with breast cancer. She had a tiny lump removed and had several rounds of radiation. The complications left her unable to lift her left arm, or dress herself, and limited her ability to perform some, activities she enjoyed, reducing her quality of life. She died 3.5 yeas later from ALS.
A friend participated in a breast cancer study for over 20 years. The study required regular screening and frequent mammograms.. at least annual, I think it may have bee, every six months, but may be mistaken.. She was a nurse and reeky wanted to participate in what she saw ass lifesaving research. ! .this dear dear lady dies before she was 70 of an unidentified very aggressive breast cancer. I am convinced, it was related to all the abuse her poor breasts suffered by relentless and very painful, and useless mammograms!

God bless you. I am 82 years old and went through the same experience as you have. Fear and more unnecessary fear, year in, year out! So far breast cancer free. However, I suffer from white coat syndrome...blood pressure "to the moon" every time I enter the doctors' office. I've lost all faith in today's medical profession.

having had extensive interaction with the medical community through family illness, i believe the medical community as a whole is a facade and its pretty clear that their education focuses on testing and prescribing, not healing. i too, choose to live without knowing. the human body heals itself repeatedly day after day after day and i will trust in that.

You asked what screenings or tests would make my life better? My answer is NONE.They only create worry and anxiety. That's something I don't need.! I am fearfully and wonderfully made, and all my parts He has perfectly formed and He makes my cells work well.❤❤

100% agree with this! Im 64. Six years ago I was diagnosed with a breast tumor and was rushed to a decision to do surgery. My surgical oncologist said that it was "unimpressive at 1mm in size". But they also removed 2 lymph nodes under the arm. Impressive or not, they wanted to do chemo and radiation and let me tell you, the pressure applied to me to do it was absolutely insane. They even had a psychologist get on board and ask me if I was ready to go into hospice! What?! I ended up agreeing to the radiation which I regret, but I refused the chemo. It has been 6 yesrs and I have never done another mammogram since. I dont want to know. I dont need the stress. When its my time to go, its my time to go. God took my 29 year old son last month with a sudden cardiac arrest. There are no guarantees in life and we cant change our appointment with death.

I totally agree. The idea of squishing my breasts to a flat pancake and radiating them seems like a poor idea. I've had a couple in my 62 years. I do opt for an ultrasound, but now I believe I may wait longer than a year to have that screening. I'm relatively healthy, I watch my diet, I avoid chemicals (house, cosmetics, etc.), eat organic, I have never had a miscarriage or abortion, and I breastfed my 3 children for two years or more. We must remember medicine is now a business and those mammogram machines are very expensive, and cancer is a billion dollar business.

My mom was a nurse. She didn't have a mammogram until she was in her 60s. Because she was worried about the radiation. The reason she had one was because found a lump through her monthly self exam. And she did have cancer. Thankfully she lived for 25 additional years afterwards. I learned that knowing your body is a more valuable tool than a mammogram.

I’ve always thought why do we want to squeeze and break healthy tissue? That was my thought process. Then a few months ago my mom asked her doctor how often does she get hers done? Her doctor didn’t answer and looked away. My Mom thought that was strange and asked her again and said do you even get one? Her doctor smiled and shook her head no…Not gonna get one.

As a Radiology technologist, I decided long ago to skip ALL recommended health interventions. I fixed my cancer at home in 2017 with the Gerson protocol. Food heals. It's all about lifestyle and your stress level and your thoughts/beliefs. 🙏✨️
