I had colon cancer I had the growth removed and 6 inches of my bowel removed by keyhole surgery at the church hill hospital in Oxford my results came back I'm cancer free I did not need chemotherapy and my lymph nodes all clear i was lucky it was detected in the early stages it was a slow growing low grade growth but who knows it could have been a different story if it was not detected I thank all the lovely staff and the surgeons and specialist who's care I was in

Actually colon cancer doesn’t start as polyps. They start long before that.
