This looks like an uncomfortable nightmare. Your feet would literally hurt all the time from standing on concrete. There's nowhere comfortable to sit, and I would 100% stub my toe on that bed and potentially break my legs getting out of it.

The pool inside with no railing or blocker to keep drunk people or kids from falling in, along with the lack of humidity control, is a disaster. That, along with not having any proper bedrooms with walls and doors, means that guests who snore or couples who make "noise" will have their sounds echoed and magnified throughout the house for others to be forced to listen. It's a definite no for me, but I appreciate the walk-through.

my grandmas pool is only about 30 or 40 feet but 100 feet is insane
