1 cup filtered water (separated)
1/4 cup grass fed gelatin
1 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch microplastic free salt

I love this recipe! Thank you for sharing 💛 Just a small note: it’s basically impossible to avoid microplastics, they’re in everything, even the air. Salt is salt there isn’t such a thing as ‘micro plastic free salt’ and you don’t have to avoid cocoa powder because of lead, most of our food, our water, our air everything has trace amounts of things we think are scary but are actually completely normal.

This is basically the recipe I use but I add actual marshmallow root powder for the benefits. The marshmallows unfortunately do not hold up to roasting over a fire on roasting sticks though 😩
