Learn how to turn on (activate) or turn off (desactivate) the alarm on your 4 buttons Q&Q digital sport watch (10 bar).

This instruction will work for most Q&Q Japan ( by Citizen) Digital watch, specially for models M185. This instruction will also work for Aosun brand watch.
