All mutants have a degree of enhanced strength greater than that of a peak normal human. Example: an Olympic dead lifter can lift say 500 pounds on average. The average mutant with no weight lifting training can press between 800 and 1000 pounds. And that's low end heroes like Wolverine, Deadpool, Cyclops, Storm etc. Mutants on the high end of the physical strength spectrum like Colossus, Juggernaut, Guido, and the Blob can lift multiple tons in the range of 4 to 500 tons. So although Deadpool would be considered a weaker mutant as far as mutants go he's still far stronger than a normal human being as displayed in Deadpool 2 when he charges a car so hard not only does he move the car a good foot he knocks the guy in the driver's side out the passenger side door as if the car were hit by another car.
