Many of these “quick shortcuts” are not intuitive.
I wonder why Apple doesn’t do a brief 1min video for these >90% commonly used features, and a separate 5min video for the lesser-used (for still important for some).

OMGosh you’ve just changed my whole perspective on this phone. I have a 13 Promax and was getting pretty frustrated with swiping up. Whoever thought that was a good idea should be fired from Apple. It doesn’t always work.

Multitasking is the worst usability feature of the iphone in comparison to samsung. Even with a slim design case, the user experience is atrocious on iphone for multitasking and switching fast and effortlessly between apps. The lack of possibility to turn off the lock screen is my 2nd biggest gripe. It's best to have a user interface that has the least amount of required touches and swipes for a given task. It's disappointing that such fast processors in iphones are held back by such slow user experience on certain features.
