I'm visiting my 91 year young mom, and cleaning is a must. The hard water stains in her toilets has been a challenge, so I'm going to try your method.

My dentist’s wife was complaining about the cost of electric toothbrush head replacement, and she admitted to not replacing them very often. I told her about how I soak my brushes (and the part of my water flosser that goes in the mouth) to sanitize them. I was shocked she had never heard of using peroxide for brushes. I also told her I use my electric brush just once or twice a day and use a regular brush the rest of the time (I usually brush 3 or 4 times a day) so the head lasts even longer.

rinse with cold water. Hot water ruins the bristles, and they won't stay firm anymore. Also soak your items for a few DAYS if you can. not hours.

This is why I take enough toilet paper with me in a ziplock bag so I don't use the public bathroom toilet paper which gets splashed back with all of that stuff.

IVE BEEN CLEANING MY FAMILIES TOOTH BRUSHES EVERY DAY FOR YEARS. JUST POUR PEROXIDE RIGHT ON THE TOOTH BRUSHES. NO BIG DEAL🤷‍♀️

I just have the kids and myself dry the toothbrush with a towel before putting them away in a dark place that way they get a headstart on drying process 👍😁
