I have a list of 1300 home floor plans of varying square footage but only 103 floor plans. I need to identify which floor plans are +/- 10% of each other as they count as one. For example, a 1300 sf plan and a 1400 sf plan would count as one unique floor plan.

Do we have a text format that can be 4 option. As of now, it only two option. Sample 1, 900 to 1.9 but the hundreds should be the 0.1 the format should be 109. Thank you in advance

What if you wanted to know whose weight is "between 300-329"?

Well Arizona with over 329 is only 1 count. Formula is not showing the correct answer.
