What helps me is niacin, I take 500mg a day. I found this out by accident. I was talking supplements for better health and started seeing new hair growth when I added niacin. I hope this helps

some simmer rosemary and put it into a spray bottle, whereas others are mixing the essential oils together and applying.

A mixture of tea tree oil red cloves and rosemary is effective. Peppermint enhance absorption and coconut oil penetrated the hair follicles. Ketoconazole shampoo prevents hair fall and a fungi from forming that from alopecia. I am starting to use home made green tea with apple bits as a cowash. Idk if that part effective but we shall see
