In my 90 days hair growth journey, I did yoga and exercises, massaged my scalp using oil three times a week, shampooed once a week, and applied llitllextra reactivate hair growth serum. Consequently, my hair grew longer without any breakage.

Being a hairdresser of almost a decade, I can tell you, that you are not supposed to apply strong shampoo on your hair.
I've noticed hair lines of numerous folks, and I observed that people who were using harsh shampoo cleansers usually had thin hairline.
So I recommend only to use gentle shampoo cleanser only. I personally use and suggest to apply litttleextra coconioon shampoo only.
Also, do hot oil massage twice a week as it enhances circulation and encourages hair growth.

"Rosemary oil lotion was standardized as having at least 3.7 mg 1, 8-cineole per mL of the product, and provided by the Bari Recruited pa Essence Pharmaceutical Company, Kashan, Iran. Patients applied 1 mL of either assigned solutions twice daily at approximately 12-hour intervals (total daily dose of 2 mL) to the for dandruff frontoparietal and vertex areas of the scalp (with gentle massage) for a period of 6 months."

My own hair growth success story i followed below:

1. Fragrance free shampoo. Korean cosmetic industry understand why years ago, we are still behind.

2. Taoist soap for hair growth 2x a week only: stops further loss, stimulates new growth.

3. Nettle tea to drink 2x a day at least for removing hormone residue in the liver, further supporting hormone balance, altho not fully but enough.

4. Scalp massage for 30 minutes a day. Do not skip, just massage with your fingertips slow and hard, be gentle at first as next day can get sore.

5. Collagen powder 2x a day w tablespoons each time. Don't get pills they are not high dose enough.

6. Cold water rinse on just top of scalp, don't let cold water on back of neck or head much as you might get sick. But once a day or a couple of times a week does wonders.

Learnt this from my brother who spent years looking for answers. He has a full head of hair now and 38. But at 23 he had very thin hair all over. I had thin hair too.

Stick to the regimen, i promise you will see results. Hair growth requires many angels and this is why it's hard to cure. Just using one oil is not going to do enough change for most people, hence the regimens various angles.

Minoxidil makes you lose MORE hair first, and you have to use it forever. I'm opting for rosemary!

Don’t you love when a commentator ( see below) shares what works for them… then a zillion others ask for details. And you hear crickets. 🦗 yes crickets.

I had hair loss due to Covid I used Biotin and Collagen powder. It restored back thickness within months. Rosemary shampoo or oils take a very long time to work.

I went to the study because it's important to note what type of rosemary oil was used and in what dilution and dosage. The study made a lotion that was standardized to contain at least 3.7mg of 1, 8 cineole per mL. Many people are going to assume that they can just drop undiluted rosemary on their heads. Please don't do that.

I’ve been hearing a lot about growth factors in skin care products, I wondered what you thought about this? Is it needed or beneficial in skin care? Are there other options? Would you do a video about this and explain about it and your thoughts on using it? The creams and serums I’ve seen are very expensive. I would appreciate a professional opinion to help wade thru all the marketing hype. It’s hard to get a clear picture of what a product really does and how it’s made with all the marketing.

How often should we apply it? And just the usual organic rosemary oil, not in serums??
