Rosemary works great. Also, lavender, cedarwood and thyme are effective. Put some coconut oil in a dish and a five drops of each of those oils, massage it into your scalp and shampoo an hour later. My hair was falling out in handfuls untill I started using this. Also take biotin, biosil, D3 and fish oil. My hair is now as thick as it was 50 years ago (I will be 70 on New Year’s Eve)

If you have fine hair and you don't want to use oil, you can make rosemary water with fresh rosemary from the store. It's really easy to make and there's videos here on YouTube about it. It works just as well as the oil! I use it for autoimmune medication related hair loss

I use rosemary oil in a sweet almond oil base. Works well. Don't put straight rosemary oil on your scalp. It will burn!
